1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using ArcadeSparks (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Because ArcadeSparks does not require an account, your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
2. Entertainment purposes only
ArcadeSparks is provided for casual entertainment. Games are designed to be short and fun. Scores, streaks, and leaderboards have no monetary value and are not prizes, wagers, or gambling of any kind.
3. Fair play
You agree to play in the spirit the games are designed for. That means playing on the intended device, not automating input, and not using external tools to manipulate scores or times.
4. Intellectual property
The ArcadeSparks name, logo, game designs, code, graphics, and written content are the property of ArcadeSparks and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written permission.
5. No cheating or abuse
You agree not to use bots, scripts, exploits, or any automated means to interact with the Service; not to attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the site; and not to harass other players in multiplayer rooms. We may block access to anyone who violates these rules.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. ArcadeSparks and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service. You use ArcadeSparks at your own discretion and risk.
7. Advertising
ArcadeSparks is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense and other third-party ad networks. Ads may appear as banners, native placements on result screens, and occasional fullscreen interstitials between games. We never interrupt a game in progress with an advertisement. 8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as the Service evolves. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage where reasonable. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
